as a small business, we have implemented the following practices to ensure that both our guests and employees are provided the best and most respectful experience while inside of our space.
we are an extremely small team with extremely big hearts, and we appreciate your understanding.
appointment requests:
appointment requests may be made through our online booking portal. please refer to our service menu for detailed descriptions of our services prior to booking. we kindly request that you also review our policies to ensure alignment with our practices prior to requesting services.
cancellations:
Your appointment is of the utmost importance to us! In order to serve all of our clients to the best of our ability we request at least 48 hours advance notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. In the case of less than 48 hour notice a charge of 50% of services scheduled will be applied. No-show appointments will be charged the cost of services scheduled.
*We are unable to accommodate appointments if 3 No Shows and/or Last Minute Cancellations (less than 48hr notification) have occurred.
children:
at root and form client satisfaction is our top priority. we hope to provide a calming, inspiring environment for every guest. for many, their time in the salon is valued for being a time to relax. because of this, unless your child has a scheduled appointment, we ask that they not accompany you to the salon.
gratuities:
we appreciate your gesture of kindness, however we ask that gratuities be offered in cash only as we are unable to accept tips on credit cards.
